Ingredients

1 Milk Chocolate Ensure COMPLETE shake, 10 fl oz
1 tsp vanilla extract
1 tbsp dark cocoa powder
6 fresh mint leaves, plus extra for garnish
2 tbsp whipped topping
1 tbsp crushed peppermint candy (optional)

Directions

Combine Chocolate Ensure COMPLETE, vanilla extract, cocoa powder, and mint in a blender and blend on high until combined. Divide between 2 drink glasses. Garnish with whipped topping, sprinkle with extra mint leaves and crushed candy. Immediately refrigerate or freeze remaining servings and consume or discard after 24 hours.
